I don't believe that the children would need the sofas, they are soft, you'll get too "relaxed" and probably fall asleep in the middle of lecture or work. They should get their desks back, or the "sleeping situation" will get out of control.

Favorite Internet Teaching Resources Site
Discovery Education!!
It has every, I repeat, EVERY great sources for each types of classes, English, History, Math, and Science. It has this link which the teacher recommended. It has great guide of teaching, you'll enjoy it very well. It has other great links for those teacher that might would like to check it up.
Should Santa Be Allowed To Come To School?
Those stuff would become ugly with parents who believes that children should be taught to know their culture, but in a way, there are other religion that interfere with it.
So, they are saying they should cut Easter, Christmas, Valentine, and St. Patrick. Because there are couple of religions that oppose to those kind of events?
Yes, the children can be involved in PTA because it is a meeting for EVERYONE. Children deserve to be as part of the meetings.
My solution would be, setting up a club/party after schools, for every events that they want to express their joy of their holidays.

How to stop Procrastinating?
I once procrastinated, (not once but anyway) and i did the work in very last minute, and i got a grade that I "deserve" i got like a 50. Just because i rushed through the rubric, and i didn't pay attention to the specific statement.
You could just start planning ahead, and start doing them earlier than just last minute. If you procrastinated, you probably would end up getting fired or getting neglected from the greater opportunities.

My Classroom
The room has 3 desk sections for the kids to learn and rotate their sections. They also have 2 computers for the kids to use, and they have 2 book shelves, red and green beanie bags, and a mini locker for those kids to put their stuffs in it. When I am over there in the field site, the class is teaching English. The exciting part was when the kids wanted me to come back on the next day. :)
Leadership Opportunities.
My leadership opportunity in my field site, was the one when I get to teach all of the students when they rotate their assigned place, i get to teach the kids sign language and how to spell those vocabulary words. I really enjoyed teaching some of them, some kids are struggling with sign language, because they are used to oral speech. So, yeah.

Viewer's Guide
I've noticed that this student, prefers to speak, instead of signing. He loved to read out loud, which conflicted my hearing skills, but good thing i could read lips. That student loves to skip ahead, and say whats on the picture not what the sentence said, i enjoyed working with this student very much.
